Please call between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM. We may be unavailable between noon and 5:00 PM as it is our break time.
Q2: I want to take a trial lesson, but the website says "Feel free to come in exercise clothes," which makes it difficult to come suddenly. Can we set a specific date in advance? Also, is it okay to come at 10:00 AM on weekdays? A2: Let's decide on a date and time for the trial lesson over the phone according to your convenience!
Trial lessons at 10:00 AM on weekdays are possible.
Q3: Can beginners who aim to lose weight or improve lack of exercise be accommodated? A3: Of course! Many people who come to our gym have goals like losing weight or improving lack of exercise. Come to the gym at your own pace, take lessons, and achieve your ideal body!
Q4: I can't get rid of my postpartum weight gain and I am at my heaviest weight ever. I have tried pressure training in the past, but only my upper arms became strong, and I couldn't lose weight. I have been very bad at exercise since I was a child. Can I do it with the aim of losing weight? A4: It's okay. At first, you might not be used to it, but you will gradually get used to the exercise. There are training methods according to the muscles you want to strengthen.
Although dieting has a harsh and painful image, if you build the necessary muscles according to your goal, you can feel your growth, and it's enjoyable!
Many people who came to our gym for training with the goal of losing weight have said that their husbands fell in love with them again, or they found boyfriends. Please do postpartum dieting and become a wonderful woman!
Q5: Can I come to the trial lesson with another person? A5: Yes, it's fine. We have siblings and friends who attend together. It's fun and easier to improve when you have someone to strive with.
Q6: My son is six years old and in his final year of kindergarten. At what age can children take a trial lesson? A6: Kids' classes are for children aged 5 to 15, so don't worry. We currently have children in their final year of kindergarten. Sometimes they cry a bit at first, but they grow up healthy and strong each time they come.
Our gym also has national champions in elementary and junior high school. Of course, they started with zero experience, but by working hard every day at the gym, your child will also grow into a kind, strong, and well-mannered person.
More than just techniques, we emphasize manners and greetings. "Good morning," "Nice to meet you," "Thank you."
Because your child is important, we will guide them to grow up in a way that they will be proud of anywhere. Please feel confident in entrusting them to our gym.
Q7: I found a place to practice kickboxing in Shimizu Ward. I am considering the course for women aged 15 and over, but I have a few questions. What is the training content like? On which days and times are the training sessions, and how long do they last? How many people are in the sessions? Could you please tell me more? A7: The training content includes: ① Warm-up exercises, ② Shadow boxing, ③ Sandbag practice, ④ Mitt hitting, and ⑤ Weight training and flexibility training in the gym area on the first floor.
For high school students aged 15 and over, the training sessions are: ① Weekdays from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, ② Mornings and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on weekends. In principle, mornings are for self-practice.
Q8: I would like to try a free trial lesson for the women's course. When would be a good time? A8: Regarding the trial lesson, we can accommodate your preferred time if you call us. After joining, lessons for women (housewives) are on weekdays in the morning and afternoon. We will explain more during the trial lesson.
Q9: I recently watched kickboxing on ABEMA and became interested. I have no experience in martial arts, but is that okay? A9: Over 80% of our members have no experience in kickboxing or other martial arts. So please feel free to join us. Before that, we recommend you apply for a trial lesson and get a feel of the gym's atmosphere.
Q10: If I officially join after the trial, will the fee be half if I join in the middle of the month? A10: Even if you join in the middle of the month, the monthly fee will be the full amount. However, unlike other gyms that limit the number of visits per week, our gym has no such restrictions.
Some members come five days a week, totaling about 20 visits per month. This works out to about 500 yen per visit, making it very economical. Even if you join halfway through the month, you can come every day, so please join without hesitation.
Q11: I am currently an amateur, but I want to become a professional fighter. I heard there are champions at Rikidojo. Can I become a champion too? A11: Whether you can become a champion or not is not something to ask others. You aim for it because you want to be one. For those who aim for it, I will provide guidance worthy of a champion. Do not judge your path by asking others. Forge your own path in life. I'm waiting for you at the gym.
Q12: Do I need to bring gloves for the trial lesson? A12: No need to bring gloves for the trial lesson. We will lend you gloves at the gym. For hand protection, please bring exercise clothes suitable for kickboxing, work gloves, and a drink (hydration) for the trial lesson.
Q13: I am a beginner with no experience in kickboxing. Is that okay? A13: Rest assured, more than 80% of our members are beginners with no prior experience. In fact, we recommend that people with no experience join our gym.
The reason is that correcting wrong habits or form from learning from less experienced trainers is harder than starting fresh.
Therefore, beginners with no experience tend to progress faster, and we recommend joining our gym.
Even for those aiming to lose weight or improve lack of exercise, it's important to do it the right way. Recently, martial arts have gained attention, and some people with limited experience may call themselves trainers.
Just like family restaurants and specialty stores are different, gyms are the same. It's important to check if the trainer: ① has professional experience, ② can teach based on correct theories, and ③ has professional athletes actively performing in professional arenas.
If the trainer's teaching method is wrong, it means the general students at the gym are not learning the correct techniques, including body movements.
That's why they don't lose weight or improve lack of exercise, and only build unnecessary muscles. With training based on body movements and functionality, you can not only improve kickboxing techniques but also achieve your ideal body.
For example, firm, well-defined abs, toned thighs, a waistline that makes you want to look in the mirror repeatedly, and an overall body shape that makes you think "this is my best body ever."
Our gym members become more attractive and confident, gaining attention from the opposite sex, because they are learning the right techniques.
If you are even slightly interested, that moment is important.
Kickboxing requires quick reflexes.
